You can unsubscribe notifications (SMS, Email and Push) simply by editing promotional subscriptions in your profile edit page.

We do not provide edit feature to your mobile number. In order to update your mobile number, you can simply logout and register again with your new number.

If you forgot your password, you can easily reset it using forgot password feature on the Log in page.

Generally OTP is sent on all mobile number within 2 minutes. In case you're facing repeated troubles with receiving OTP, you should go ahead and write to us.

You can create your profile by using normal signup procedures. This comprises of entering your basic info along with your mobile number for it's verification via OTP.


Offers and Referrals

This includes queries related to offers and referrals.

There are numerous conditions working behind successful working of every coupon code. If any one of the condition fails, we try our level best to show it. If there's still any query, kindly write to us about it.

Generally our offers are available only on mobile app and website, it is recommended that you is confirm the latest update with a customer care executive.

Live Orders query

This includes queries related to your live orders.

You can choose to pay online at time of order delivery under such circumstances. Still, it would be a great help if you could share a screenshot describing trouble that you're facing by writing to us.

Yes, you can always request a cancellation for your order from Live Orders tab until it is outside the scope of cancellation (5 minutes after order dispatch).

We (generally) do not provide edit/modifications to orders after placement. However, it is sometimes possible if you connect to one of our customer care executives. You can always go ahead and request a cancellation for previous order & place another one.
